The Orphanage – 10/23/08 – Viewed on the small screen
Guillermo del Toro, writer and director of Pan's Labrynth, produced this film. The Orphanage is terrifying but also has a hearfelt story that may produce a tear or two. It is one of the better films of the year and is the best horror flick I've seen in years. It is a Spanish film and deserves a nomination for best foreign language film.
